Warranty
SINGLE SPEEDS & CITY BIKE
A one-year warranty against manufacturer's defects on our frames and all other non-consumable parts (tires, drivetrain, brakes, tubes, saddles, paint, handlebar tape or grips, etc. are considered consumable parts). Manufacturer defects DO NOT include damage resulting from improper use or a lack of maintenance, and Simple Sam Bicycles will be unable to satisfy any warranty claims related to improper use or maintenance.
Please note that our Simple City range needs to be assembled and checked by a professional at a bike shop. Your warranty will only be activated after Simple SAM has received your proof of professional assembly. Doing so ensures the safest and most optimized riding experience possible with your new bike.
BALANCE BIKE
A one-year warranty against manufacturer's defects on our frames and all other non-consumable parts (tires, tubes, saddles, paint, handlebar tape or grips, baskets, bells etc. are considered consumable parts). Manufacturer defects DO NOT include damage resulting from improper use or a lack of maintenance, and Simple Sam Bicycles will be unable to satisfy any warranty claims related to improper use or maintenance.
Our warranty DOES NOT cover:
- Wear and tear
- Misuse
- Failure to follow instructions
- Installation
- Improper maintenance
- Worn wheels
- Personal opinion dissatisfaction pertaining to functionality, features or aesthetics.
The warranty is only valid to the original owner of purchase. We will unfortunately NOT accept transfer of warranty.
Please be prepared to provide the product model, photographs and a description of the warranty issue. Some replacement parts may be available for purchase after this limited warranty expires.
